Vouchers can be redeemed by presenting your Purchase Order code received via email upon arrival at 78 Derngate. It is essential that the code is kept secure to the recipient as, once redeemed, the voucher is spent and cannot be used again.

We recommend calling ahead to check opening times and tour availability before visiting 78 Derngate.

You may wish to print the voucher certificate if you choose to have it emailed to you. This might be useful if you wish to present it in person or post it as a gift. Printed vouchers can be brought by the recipient for redemption when visiting 78 Derngate. Please make sure that the voucher code is clearly visible on the printout. Illegible or defaced vouchers may not be accepted.

Voucher codes will be checked against purchaser records to validate them. Multiple copies of the same voucher will not be accepted.

For security and to prevent fraud, visitors redeeming vouchers may be asked to provide the name of the purchaser and for identification.

Entry via vouchers cannot be combined with any other current offer.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Dispatch: within 7 working days of order.
Delivery:  dispatched via Royal Mail . Vouchers will be sent via email not Royal Mail.

P & P UK only:
‍For orders of £10 or less: £4 per order.
For orders over £10: £5.50 per order.

There is no delivery charge for vouchers which are sent via email.

International orders
‍For shipping to international destinations please email: shop@78derngate.org.uk stating which item(s) you are interested in as well as the required shipping destination.

For purchases damaged in transit or those you are unhappy with please return in original packaging with all relevant documentation within 30 days.

A refund or replacement(s) subject to availability will be issued upon receipt; please specify which you would prefer.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date of return and will be issued for postage paid only for defective or incorrectly supplied items. We reserve the right to charge the direct costs for the return of your item if you do not cover this expense yourself. We may offset the postage cost which we have incurred against your refund. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.  Customers in the EU also have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date of delivery (the statutory cooling off period). This applies to all our items except those specifically excluded on the Website (such as tickets or goods that have been personalised).
