Our buildings offer partial accessibility for visitors with mobility impairment.
Three adjacent listed Georgian town houses have been adapted as far as is possible to enable access. As with many historic properties, there are, however, some limitations.

Pre-booking for the Dining Room Restaurant, even for drinks, is strongly advised particularly at busy times.

Visitors to the Mackintosh house are asked to wear supplied disposable overshoes whilst inside; this is to protect the floor coverings.
Shoes with stilletto-heels must be removed. We also ask that objects and surfaces are not touched or leant against. Bulky bags can be securely stowed at reception.
