For purchases damaged in transit or those you are unhappy with please return in original packaging with all relevant documentation within 30 days.
A refund or replacement(s) subject to availability will be issued upon receipt; please specify which you would prefer.

We reserve the right to charge the direct costs for the return of your item if you do not cover this expense yourself. We may offset the postage cost which we have incurred against your refund.
