It's official: we're excellent!

We were delighted to learn that 78 Derngate has, once again, received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

The achievement celebrates organisations that have earned great reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year through continually delivering a quality customer experience.
"With the Certificate of Excellence, TripAdvisor honours hospitality businesses that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travellers”, said Heather Leisman, Vice President of Industry Marketing, TripAdvisor.

TripAdvisor, which is the world's largest travel site, analyses the reviews and ratings posted by visitors. Organisations that consistently achieve a score of four or more out of five, qualify for the Certificate of Excellence. Because the rating system is entirely based on the independent reviews of visitors, the 2016 award for 78 Derngate is a much-cherished achievement which reflects the hard work of our dedicated team; the majority of whom volunteer their time and make the visitor experience consistently excellent.
